How will I know if I am getting varicose veins?
I am 20 years old, and I eat well and exercise regularly. Thanks to genetics I have vein problems and have been getting spider veins since I was 15. I now have big veins on the back of my thighs that are starting to protrude, but VERY slightly. Is the the beginning of varicose veins? If so, is there anything I can do about it? Thanks!

There’s not a lot you can do to prevent them. Standing up for long hours at a time are what cause it. Especially if you’re over weight. When you get home, try putting your feet up to help distribute your blood flow better.
Occasionally diet and exercise just isn’t the be-all and end-all, because there will be surplus weight just lying around in the colon. It is not body fat, so it cannot be burned off, nevertheless it will be rinsed out, just by taking a supplement. http://forath.beststardiet.info has a risk free offer available right now, I tried it and melted away 17 pounds!! Who says there is no magic bullett? LOL!!!
